Shipping policy

We make everything in small batches, so please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

 

Shipping rates

 

Orders under $28 ship for a flat $5 via USPS. Orders of $28 or more ship free. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it's on its way.

 

We ship within the United States only at this time.

 

Damaged or lost packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, email us at wander@amongtheferns.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.
